Your Order, Step by Step

We follow a structured, transparent 6-step process to ensure every order is handled professionally and delivered to your satisfaction.

STEP 01

Inquiry & Quotation

Share your product requirements, specifications and quantities. We respond within 24 hours with detailed pricing, specifications and lead times based on your needs.

STEP 02

Factory Audit (Optional)

For new suppliers or large orders, we conduct on-site factory audits to verify production capability, quality systems and certifications before production begins.

STEP 03

Sampling & Confirmation

Before mass production, we arrange samples for your approval. We can also accommodate custom designs, OEM/ODM requirements, private labeling and customized packaging.

STEP 04

Production & Quality Control

Production begins after sample approval. Our QC team conducts inspections during production and before shipment to ensure products meet your quality standards and specifications.

STEP 05

Container Loading Supervision

We supervise the container loading process in person to ensure correct products and quantities are loaded, properly packed and secured to prevent damage during transit.

STEP 06

Shipping & Door-to-Door Delivery

We handle all shipping arrangements — sea freight, air freight, express courier — and prepare complete export documentation. Goods are delivered directly to your designated address. We provide after-sales support for any issues.
